1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Zrya you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and (for psychologists) the professional onboarding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use Zrya
You must be at least 18 years old. Patients use Zrya to seek mental-health support and self-care tools. Psychologists must hold valid professional credentials, complete verification, and keep their profile accurate. We may suspend accounts that fail verification, violate these terms, or put others at risk.
3. Nature of the service
Zrya is a technology platform that connects users with independent licensed psychologists and provides journaling, mood tracking, goals, tests, and related tools. ZRYA Mental Health does not itself provide clinical diagnosis, emergency medical care, or in-person treatment. Psychologists are responsible for the professional services they deliver.
Zrya is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate helpline.
4. Accounts
Login is typically by phone OTP. You are responsible for the device, OTP, and PIN associated with your account. Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or share another user's session.
5. Bookings, sessions, and content
- Session availability, fees, and duration are set with the psychologist and shown before you pay.
- Video sessions require a stable internet connection. We are not liable for your local network failures.
- You must not record sessions without consent required by law and professional ethics.
- Journal entries, mood logs, homework, and messages are for your care. Do not upload unlawful content.
6. Payments
Session fees and premium subscriptions are collected through Razorpay. Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and auto-pay terms are shown at checkout. Psychologist payouts are handled under platform billing rules. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or exploit other users or psychologists
- Upload malware, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorised access
- Misrepresent credentials, licences, or health information in a fraudulent way
- Use Zrya to provide unlicensed clinical services
8. Intellectual property
The Zrya name, logo, app, and platform content belong to ZRYA Mental Health or its licensors. You keep rights in content you create (such as journal entries), and you grant us a limited licence to host that content solely to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that therapy outcomes are guaranteed. To the extent permitted by Indian law, ZRYA Mental Healthis not liable for professional advice given by psychologists, or for losses arising from your device, internet, or third-party payment/video providers, except where we cannot legally exclude liability (including proven fraud or wilful misconduct).
10. Termination
You may delete your account in the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, or non-payment. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer protections.
