1. No physical shipping
ZRYA Mental Health operates Zrya as a software and tele-therapy platform. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or courier physical products. A shipping address is not required to use the service.
2. How digital delivery works
- App access: download Zrya from the App Store or Google Play, or open the web app. Features are available after you sign in.
- Therapy sessions: a confirmed booking appears in your account with date, time, psychologist, and a join link for video.
- Premium features: after successful Razorpay payment (and webhook confirmation), premium tools are unlocked on your account. Delivery is immediate in the app, subject to network availability.
- Documents: invoices, homework, and test files are delivered inside the app or by transactional email where applicable.
3. Territory
Zrya is intended for users in India. You need a compatible device and internet connection. We do not deliver physical parcels to E-42, 2nd Floor, Masjid Moth, GK-3, New Delhi 110048 or any other address.
4. Issues receiving digital access
