Request account deletion

ZRYA LLP — delete your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open this form and enter the name and email registered with your Zrya account.
  2. Add a phone number if you signed in with it, and optionally tell us why you are leaving.
  3. Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, then submit the request.
  4. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days, then email you at the address you provided.

Data that will be deleted

  • Profile information such as name, email, and phone number
  • Mood entries, journals, goals, and in-app preferences
  • Account credentials, devices, and session data
  • Marketing preferences and optional profile details you added

Data that may be kept

  • Payment and invoice records we must retain under Indian tax law
  • Limited clinical or dispute records required by professional or legal obligations
  • Anonymised operational data that can no longer identify you
  • A record of this deletion request itself
